Power Planning Solution 1-1 Training:

You’ll learn how to implement the lifelong skill of planning out and then working to the stages required to successfully meet deadlines. This skill is applicable to meeting multiple assignment deadlines in educational contexts as well as project management as an employer in the workplace and a self-employed business owner in the entrepreneurial world.

Personalised Power Planning Solution Level I

This 75 minute session will teach you how to plan & successfully work towards meeting deadlines by:

  1. Planning all your final deadlines for term/months ahead so you have a clear longer-term picture of what you need to achieve & by when in order to succeed
  2. Plan all interim weekly deadlines so you have a clear picture of what you need to achieve & by when mid-term to meet your longer-term deadlines
  3. Plan your daily time chunked schedules to meet your weekly & mid-term deadlines and track your progress towards your longer-term deadlines
  4. Use Covey’s Quadrants to clearly identify your priorities & time stealers
  5. Use the Time Integrity approach to eliminate unnecessary distractions so you work SMARRTer to achieve greater success

Personalised Power Planning Solution Level II

This 60 minute session, available if you’ve completed the Power Planning Level I, will follow on to develop your independent Power Planning skills by:

  1. Reviewing your progress from Level I
  2. Reviewing your use of Covey’s Quadrants & the Time Integrity approach
  3. Identifying & addressing obstacles to your success and create clear, workable actions to remove those obstacles so you succeed
  4. Planning your next set of final deadlines so you have a clear longer-term picture of what you need to achieve & by when in order to succeed
  5. Planning your next set of interim weekly deadlines so you have a clear picture of what you need to achieve & by when mid-term to meet your longer-term deadlines
  6. Planning your daily time chunked schedules to meet your deadlines and track your progress towards succeeding with your longer-term deadlines

Personalised Power Planning Solution Level III

This 45 minute session is available if you’ve completed Power Planning Level I and/or II and are ready to move to the final stages of supervised planning. Together we will:

  1. Review your progress from previous Level I/II sessions
  2. Review your use of Covey’s Quadrants & the Time Integrity approach
  3. Identify & address any remaining obstacles to your success and create clear, workable actions to remove those obstacles so you succeed

You will then independently:

  1. Plan your next set of final deadlines with my supervision so you create a clear longer-term picture of what you need to achieve & by when in order to succeed
  2. Plan your next set of interim deadlines with my supervision so you have a clear picture of what you need to achieve & by when mid-term to meet your longer-term deadlines
  3. Plan your daily time chunked schedules with my supervision so you meet your weekly deadlines and track your progress towards succeeding with your longer-term deadlines
  4. Refine and master your independent Power Planning skills
